It is disappointing when we are unable to insight change without resorting to drastic measures. A person should not have to turn to ultimatums.
All efforts for productive communication failed however and that is what was forced upon us. Hopefully, the assured changes will actually take place. I hope to never have to act on my ultimatum. Fingers crossed for more expressed appreciation and respect.
